Panic Disorder - the most common form of anxiety disorder where a patient gets episodes of anxiety known as panic episodes. Most of the panic disorder patients end up in Cardiac facility/Physician set up without understanding that their symptoms are arising out of mental illness and not a cardiac one. A panic episode is a sudden attack of anxiety lasting for few seconds to minutes with symptoms like:
Separation Anxiety Disorder – is a specific disturbance mainly seen in children and many times in grownups undergoing regression. They usually experience severe anxiety when they have to separate from home and/or from people to whom the individual has a strong emotional attachment (e.g., a parent, caregiver, significant other or siblings).
